Changzhou Dechun Electric Co., Ltd. is a technological enterprise specializing in the development, production and sales of high and low voltage electrical products. After more than ten years of arduous entrepreneurial development, the scale of the company has continued to expand. The second phase of the plant expansion project is about to be completed. The "High Voltage Load Switch Engineering Technology Research Center" has also been put into use. Due to the needs of the company's business development, the company has now upgraded and changed its name to " Jiangsu Dechun Power Technology Co., Ltd.".

The new name will be officially applied to all official documents and all business activities of the company from November 10, 2010; all documents, invoices and contracts will also use the new name. The various contracts signed by the original company will continue to be performed by the renamed company. All business units are requested to follow the new company name when remittance and issuance of special value-added tax invoices.
