December 4th this year is the 11th National Constitution Day. In order to promote the spirit of the Constitution, further optimize the legal business environment in our city, help overseas Chinese enterprises enhance their legal awareness, improve their compliance and risk prevention capabilities, and achieve high-quality development of enterprises, on December 3rd, the municipal and district courts, as well as the Overseas Chinese Federation, jointly organized the Constitution Promotion Day and "Legal Health Examination" service activity for overseas Chinese enterprises, and conducted group visits and research on overseas Chinese enterprises.

Pan Guilin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Vice President of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, and Zhang Cuixia, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the Municipal Overseas Chinese Federation, led a team to visit Dechun Electric Power.

Before the discussion, the joint service team conducted a comprehensive visit and learned about the development model and business situation.

During the discussion and exchange, the service team presented legal propaganda on the Constitution, corporate governance risk prevention, and guidelines for providing legal services to overseas Chinese.

Wang Jia, the chief judge of the Second Civil Court of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, and Liu Xiaoqin, a senior judge at the fourth level of the filing court, provided a "legal examination report" for enterprises such as Chengyue and provided detailed interpretations. The service team provided "zero distance" precise legal services, providing positive and effective legal opinions and suggestions from a professional perspective to help enterprises prevent legal risks. Chairman Chengyue said that this event was very timely and necessary, not only helping enterprises discover potential legal risks, but also providing practical and feasible solutions for Dechun Electric Power, providing strong legal protection for the healthy development of enterprises.
