Introduction
The ZW20-12 outdoor pole-mounted intelligent vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor power distribution device with a maximum rated voltage of 12kV and 50Hz three-phase AC. It is mainly used to open and close the load current, overload current and short-circuit current in the power system of the distribution network. It is suitable for protection and control in power distribution systems of substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It is more suitable for rural power grids and frequently operated places, and is especially suitable for the needs of urban and rural power grid transformation.

The ZW20-12 type circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable breaking performance, no burning and explosion hazard, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long service life. It adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve the moisture-proof and anti-condensation performance, and is especially suitable for use in severe cold or humid areas. The three-phase pillar and current transformer adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, which has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance, and aging resistance. The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, which has low energy consumption for opening and closing; the mechanism transmission adopts a direct-acting transmission mode, with few opening and closing parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of mechanism corrosion and improves the reliability of the mechanism. The opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker can adopt manual or electric operation and remote operation. It can be matched with the controller to realize power distribution automation, or it can be matched with the recloser controller to form a recloser. The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase CT for automatic over-current trip protection and intelligent controller for information analysis.
